South and North Italy meet in the kitchen

The Eat & Roll restaurant is under the guidance of Anna, Flavio’s wife. Flavio is the exponent of the fourth generation of hoteliers at our hotel in Predazzo. Originally from Bitonto in Puglia, Anna started to work here years ago as a cook, learning to cook - and love - local dishes. She is the beating heart of our Eat&roll restaurant, which brings the best of Italian and international street food to Val di Fiemme.
