Check-in
Upon arrival, your room is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. onwards. Please call us if your arrival is expected after 8:00 p.m.

Check-Out
On your departure day, please leave your room by 10 a.m. so that it can be cleaned in time for the next arrival.
Of course you can continue to stay in the other areas of the hotel, use the car park or spend another nice day in our wellnessarea at no extra charge

All rooms are non-smoking. There is a complete ban on smoking throughout the entire hotel, as sregulated by the Italian law.

Well-behaved and quiet dogs are welcome in our hotel: of course they will not have access to the wellnessarea, the swimming pool and the restaurant. However, we do offer the possibility, on request, to dine with your pets in another room adjacent to the restaurant. Please ensure that your pet does not disturb the other guests in the house. We would like to inform you that we do not charge any extra for your pet except for an extra charge for a final deep cleaning if it is necessary.

Our hotel has a large private car park for the free use of our guests. You will be given a code at the reception in order to open the gate of the parking area.

Night-time entrance with the room card. You can ask at reception how to use it.

When booking a double room as a single room, a supplement will be charged with availability on request.

Rooms are considered reserved upon receipt of the deposit of € 100,00 per room for direct booking, charged by credit/debit card (VISA OR MASTERCARD) for online bookings.

• Free cancellation for various/personal reasons up to 14 days before the start of your stay. The deposit is not refunded but will be kept with us for a future stay, when you can use it as a voucher.
• In case of late arrival or early departure the entire booked period will be charged.

For all persons over the age of 14 years (the date of birth on the ID card will be decisive) we charge a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person and night. The tax is not included in the total price of the stay and can only be paid on arrival.

The hotel bill can be paid in cash up to a maximum amount of €999.99. Any exceeding sum needs to be paid with VISA, Mastercard, Bancomat or cheques.

0 to under 2 years: free; 2 to 5 years: 50 % discount; 6 to 14 years: 25 % discount; from 14 years 10 % discount
